BALCONY is a BIFA nominated short film and Berlinale Crystal Bear Winner by writer-director Toby Fell-Holden (Screen Star of Tomorrow 2016) and produced by Tom Kimberley and Ali Mansuri, starring Charlotte Beaumont ('Broadchurch', 'Waterloo Road') and Genevieve Dunne.
